I just notice the funky colour at the building. And i just realised the Block A have the sky lodge which is Block B dont have from SA. my opinion is unfair for the Block B owner since we are the same building structure blink.gif
Shall we gather to protest in front of the booth of CT at aeon....just kidding... whistling.gif

But if all 4 blocks got nice sky pavilion/sky garden, it would be nice. plant more greenery on top.

I think IT'S UNFAIR. Because the ongoing maintenance cost come from everyone's contribution but the facility is only available to certain people.

This is the sound from my deep heart.
it's really unfair to the Block B owners. vmad.gif unless block A owner maintain the sky lodge by themselves.

By unfair, I think what pobox actually meant is that for residents other than A1A2, they will be paying maintenance fees for facilities that are not accessible to them which are the pool and sky garden in this case here. These are common properties for residents of A1A2 only, therefore residents other than those 2 blocks should not bear the cost of maintaining it. The common logic says we only pay for what we are able to utilise.

Every management has their own way to devise their calculation method. For example in Centrio, they even include the parking and skydeck as accessories. So the more parking lots you owned, the more maintenance you pay.

So it's not saying residents of A1A2 can't have their own pool/sky garden. You pay more and you deserve all these perks but at the end of the day it is only fair that you pay more to maintain the faicilities that you enjoy exclusively. Period.
