wow war zone....ok first of all

1. sorry for the confusing....
according to our initial plan, we suppose to take 3 months to market block B, and start selling block A by launching which is about Sept of Oct.
however block B smaller units almost finish within 3 weeks, marketing open block A and accepting booking.
the price of block A is definitely higher than block B, significantly.
we will look into it, will decide whether open block A officially or not within this 2 days.
if any bro here interested switch to block A, please talk to the marketing later.


2. we have not yet finalized the spec and fitting detail for both Block A and block B. but i can confirm with you all, the building material is 100% same for whole project.
we might offer different spec or fitting for block A (due to the launching price),
but not building material.


project still haven't launch and many things still in progress. like what trees we going to plant, what color we going to paint or what brand of lift we going to use. we cant really guarantee all the fitting spec detail at this moment, please give us another 2-3 months.

1. they are about few hunded meter away from us, driving distance about 1km, srrounded by the link houses (about 20 meters from link houses).
2. we built on much higher ground than them
3. we using total different access road with them
4. they plan to built this since 8 years ago, until now still on fund raising stage
5. they only held event on wesak day
6. unlike mosque or surau or hindu temple or tao temple, buddist temple are very quiet and peaceful.


i dont see any issue to worry about, unless you are the type of people strictly no any temple within 1km, or you hate Buddhism. hmm.gif

According to the map, the station should be located between the school (or flat), and the shoplots.
Mean about 1.5km from our project.

according to mahajaya they will close it down for their upcoming project.
not sure about the timing but their next phase of DSL going to launch in few months time, and the first phase of DLS going to hang over key by next year.
