No worry, if you found they had bank it ur check, quickly call up ur SA for the AP copy. Developer not allowed to collect any deposit or advertise without the AP.

I think Vina just got their AP last week.

bath tub + filled water + 1 male + 1 female + hot actions = inviting trouble.

Are you sure the toilet RC floor with thickness from 75mm to 100mm (excluded tiling) can cater your load?
