RAWR. Harmini from Deeper Than Fashion did this...
 "Draw spotchy messy lines around the spots with gaps in between using a liquid eyeliner. You can also use a pencil eyeliner if you want to smudge it and make it darker and with a different texture. Also, draw some lines and spots around the eyeshadow spots to give it a more realistic look." SOURCE |
