3. 8pm (kueh teow soup OR Pan Mee OR economy rice -2 vege+1chicken)
4. 11pm (milo + tesco whole wheat biscuit/oat)
drinks:
1. 7am - honey mix water + lemon slide (served warm) -served 3-4x per week
