start workout date unooficially: mid Dec 2012 (push up at home)
start workout date officially: 1st Jan 2013 (fitness centre)
supplemental taken: nitro tech (performance series) -1st time bought

Workout trainer: none
Workout method: follow other, follow youtube, see what do what
Workout frequency: Tues, Thursday, Saturday (Mon, Wed badminton day)

meals:
1. 830am (四大天王-freid rice, fried hibun, fried kueh teow, fried mee) + 2eggs OR 1 whole wheat bread
2. 12pm (economy rice - 2 vege + chicken/fish; jambu batu after lunch)
3. 8pm (kueh teow soup OR Pan Mee OR economy rice -2 vege+1chicken)
4. 11pm (milo + tesco whole wheat biscuit/oat)

drinks:
1. 7am - honey mix water + lemon slide (served warm) -served 3-4x per week
2. 830am - 530pm - plain water with lemon slide
3. 530pm - plain water

Workout exercises random:

Chest build
barbell bench press
barbell inclined press
barbell declined press
or equivalent to bumbell workout
Cross Cable pulling

Shoulder
Barbell lift (head to shoulder)

Foot/legs
legs extension? ...Dont know what it call lol...

Little Abs exercise also

Stopped taking supplement protein since march'13.
Replaced by egg white, 4-6 eggs for workout day (2 at morning 4 at dinner, workout at noon)

April, May and June Body weight: 60-61kg
