If your tank is below 1.2 Ohm, then your lavatube should not be able to fire, e.g. Genesis style dripper, for e.g. Cobra, aga-T2.
some otai here can recoil to < 1.0 Ohm then lavatube could not be able to fire. (my cobra tank could not be able to fire all all after recoil, i think < 1.2 Ohm, i don't have a tester at home)

Dripper tank > 80% of chances that you could not able to fire with lavatube.

Some otai here said that if fired with mechanical mod, the taste is different, u can feel the juice taste, and warmer taste etc. but ppl use mechanical mostly because want to drip-vape
