Which version is depends on you sir, if you ask me i would recommend eset smart security as it has it own firewall, and you can control the PC which web could be surf or not (Parental Control).

Howerver if you think that you didnt need any of this feature, than i believe ESET Antivirus is for you.

And Dont worry, ESET of Any version are Windows xp, vista, 7 and 8 Certified approved compatible with them.
