We had sold over 3 years , 3000+ customers , only 2 complain here


LET ALL SEE WHAt kind of person , what kind of buyer this 2 person really are ...




1st one is , Headset , the buyer called us , ask us give best price best discount ...

ask us give headset , we only mention , if available will give , not promise

and we did free extra case


we even sold to him at almost 0 profit , is it what he should do ??

Believe us this is a ridicurious person '


asked wether wanna refund or not,or still want wait, but dont give any answer ... rude word to us , threatening us when we did nothing wrong at all , when we already telling willing to refund .. this 2 person is joker ..

when we willing to refund , but so many improper action taken by this ridicurious buyer ...

We treated this person so good , but he all can saw what he did... that is the reason we blacklisted him at lelong

We wont simply blacklist he if he is not action unreasonable and too much and even unacceptable ..

we already fully refunded to the person ,

the person (sharp56) ... When the time , we updated wrong trace number ( suppose to be other buyer ) , we immediate give him a call , you try to ask sharp56 ,

he knew , we knew , we already explain to him

and in few day you tried to call us few times , cause we doing business online and walk in customers ( physical store ) , sometimes we are busy ...

we replied we will call him back in a moment

after 1 hours later , he start with those rude words and bad word and threathening us ..

after we free around 2 hours later we replied him, please be patience it is only within 3 hours since you call, we can refund to him first or still want to wait ....


Then he do not answer our question ... wether wanna refund or not , just feel like dont trust on us anymore , direct shoot us , threatening us , and then report to lelong when we did nothing wrong '

We just demand an sincere apologize from sharp56 , and asked him to change that attitude or personality , but he keep attack us without reason , it is very disrespected ...

All of you , is this case look very funny ????? why this buyer did so many things ??? while we going to refund ... why he never ask us for refund but direct report and disturbing us ??? why ??

We already given very cheap price with warranty , with so much free gift RM380 only for pipo u1 with RK3066 CPU 16GB 1GB bluetooth , free case , free pouch , screen protector and so on, and it is all new set without any defective ...

But what the customer mention is we promised .. it is misleading and untruth , and unfair to us . thank

A buyer received so much free gifts shouls be happy , and the item is working great already (he already bought )6 months until today without any problem , he should be happy

Please be fair to everyone , there are not buyer , but both buyer and seller right need to be protected . thank

I did not ask for high quality headset, I ask the original pipo headset that is included in the box, you said got but cant find it and I said never mind take your time but make sure you get it before my friend pick it up which is about 4 hours away. I did not ask for extra free gift, that my friend is all you. What I don't understand is that you could have called and explained to me but you did not. You did not call and tell me "hey bro, the headset I cannot find, never mind, I will replace with other free gift for you, are you ok with that?", Instead you expected me to understand what the free gift are for...

You also seem to not mention that the item I bought did not have original box and I accepted it anyway. So, I am over demanding even though I accepted the item without the original box. You gave me a reason that the box got mix up during shipment from china but in actual fact it could also be any other scenario than that. for example, Customer return due to unsatisfactory result and the box was damage or lost. Could be anything but took your word, right? Think before opening your pie hold.

You choose to keep silent and here you are replying, not my fault, not my fault, everybody here is persecuting me, other people all good, this two are bad, I am good , I am innocent. Like a small child.

For Your Information, I posted here my experience, just a share, not to seek justice....

The justice maybe that when people google you up, there will be an issue on you and how you handle it and they will choose whether to deal with you or not. That's all. Capisce.

P/S

How you know that the thing I bought from you is working without problems. For a headset you do not what to tend to your customer you think, I have a problem I can count on you.

The pipo itself no issues so far but the charger spoilt. I bought a new one settled the problem. If I were to call you, finish, another nightmare, you see my number also never picked up, How I claim warranty if got trouble. So I spared my self the trouble.

The leather case was not free, it was extra RM10 and it don't even fit the pipou1 tablet.
