So QVOD Player sort off has an invisible interface popup where I can scroll the volume up or down whenever it plays the next song.
So far I've went tweaking at the options, but still no luck.

The invisible interface popup seems to go away when I clicked eg. QVOD is notifying that the next track is being played (but it's not) , therefore I can scroll the volume up or down until I've clicked (on anything) to resume operation on, let's say webpage.
During that volume scroll thingy, I could not scroll the webpage up or down, only QVOD Player volume.

I don't know how to describe it, but this sort of feels like a ninja intervention from QVOD Player.

It's getting on my nerves.

I understand mouse scrolling for QVODPlayer is to control the volume, but I'm not quite follow what you say.

Do you mean you want to turn off the mouse-scroll volume control?
