I think it really depends on the kind of videos you want..GoPro will definitely not replace a good video camera..but it's more flexible, like I can attach my camera to the outside of a plane. Can't do that with a  DSLR or camcorder..for weddings, I saw this video a long time ago of this couple that hid a GoPro in the bride's bouquet. if you can imagine it you can do it haha.

Only problem is you have to touch up the videos with the software to get nice output. Also, it has only 1 lens, and it's a wide angle lens. but for that idea, attaching it on your camera hotshoe, I've done it before haha. and there's also a street photographer in Japan I think that did that too.

u will need to get a tripod mount, and also a hotshoe-tripod adapter to do that. I can't recall where did i get it from, I believe from MPA in Garage Sales. other cool accessories are suction cup, jaws flex clamp, lcd bacpac. I would recommend at least 1 extra battery too..

yes I also use it with my X-Pro 1/DSLR by attaching it on top. Well, I think you have to think for yourself haha. It's like sticking a UWA lens that cannot be changed. But it's a very good camera to use, if the situation arises and you need a cam like this to use, you definitely will be very happy.

Yes, I agree, in low light I'd say it's pretty bad. but when the lighting is good, the output is really nice after tweaking a bit with the free software from GoPro.

yep, the LCD bacpac. I have it and the battery bacpac. you can also use ur smart phone/tablet to frame ur shots
