Don't recall if Otterbox Defender for the Sx family are waterproof, but I recall there is a Seidio OBEX water and dust proof series for S3 and iphone.

Since the S4 is the Android flagship, they should also be having one sooner or later.

You need root to move apps to sdcard. Otherwise all apps sitting inside your internal phone storage.

I think 1st page already have steps on how to root your phone.
Better wait for swapping mods for S4 release first. So far swapping mods only good for Note1&2..SGS2&3. For S4 not release yet.
Another way is binding..but again I'm not sure whether for S4 already release or not.
