wow.... that's pretty bad. My Note only start clipping at 4, but S IV already start clipping from 14?!

Other owner also facing same issue?

Nice test. I can barely view 3 on the Note 2, max brightness and zoomed to fullscreen.

Best should be see up to 1, Note II screen much better at black handling.

my mistake. I thought only the right side got numbers.
re did the test, can see up to 4.sorry bout that.
I got to 4 by twisting and turning the phone, zooming in until I could see the number, though. so not sure if that's a good assessment for you.

Best actually is to save the image in local, open with gallery and turn max brightness. I'm just curious to see if Samsung improved their AMOLED issue with grey-to-black handling in S IV.

So how should we interpret the result? Is being able to view "1" the best?

EDIT: oh sorry didn't notice you'd already replied. thanks.

I wonder if those Note 2 users on Perseus kernel with that color tweak can see till "1" or you can see it without tweaking?

Got back from Samsung One U. Got one last white unit for sale but I wanted black. The sales personels urged me to take it but I told them I wanted black. I can wait. No worries

just went lowyat...All Look see look see around only..check at ground floor and 1st floor Samsung Partners Store lot of ppl "just viewing the unit not buying even one of auntie also Ask " S4 got 4G or not ?" lolz..means ppl is demand for LTE unit

Got mine this morning at maxis. Black. Lucky went over to ,celom to view demo set. The white is plain boring.
