Based on several web reviews I think your HTC One is possibly better choice. Already bored with it n thinking to change already?
I see main advantage of S4 over HTC1 is ext sdcard n removable n better battery life.

but this round, i also personally feel htc one produce a really good and new design phone and put lots of effort on the innovation of the phone...the old design and build of s4 is the main blamable cause..it become a very strong comparison when you put the both phone together just by first eyeing on them... or else, it will attract even more support apart from their software part... hope samsung will learn from this round and improve again on the upcoming phone..
