Thanks man! I will post a video every time I workout, I post videos to keep my self motivated when lifting lol, cuz posting a video is like having all the present and future youtube viewers watching you lift.

Today's workout, any comments on my deadlift form? doesnt look too good.

Tricep Extension 3 x 8

I'm no expert, but your deadlift form looks ok to me.
