Try going to any clinic 1st and if you're lucky that clinic also perform circumcision and otherwise, they will recommend another clinic that perform the surgery. Well not necessary laser, conventional will do. I did mine ~1.5 yrs ago at a normal clinic near my house for RM350 ..Yeap suffering quietly phimosis & sometime balanitis for ~2 yrs b4 decided to cut off

I'm also diabetic. So recovering rate is slower than normal ppl. I already >42 when I did that ..At this age, they will not recommend the clamping way. They will either go for laser or conventional way.. The clinic doesn't hv laser so no chice..just conventional way using blade & scissor.

You just feel abit once they injected you wth anasthetic jab surrounding the foreskin. Therafter just cut off the top part & the pain started when they start to sew back slowly and the anasthetic jab getting lesser...

Pain for the next 2 weeks for sure -YES.. especially the exposed skin touching the cloth & etc..in my case to really recover- It took me 1 ful mth..but worth it - just need to suffer for 1 mth

Try to get laser.. should be less pain, no need to sew & faster recovering rate..
Do not wait longer.. you will be surfering from continous infections, ichiness & smelly groin everyday.Furthermore.. your wife will be surfering too ..Do It..

Just google for that 2 conditions..esp the wikipedia entry.. Even got photo sample there . And yes b4 ops, you can't see the head.. Hiddned.. and full of whitish & smelly infections & itchy. Well by exposing your private part already malu.. no choice one.. My cae even worse.. The nurses (Yes not 1 but 2) were helping the doctor during the operations & also shaving me clean

In any operations the are surrounding have to be shaved.
