IT company which is specializing in IT network solutions provider for the PLCs , government ministry and banking institutions in Malaysia.

Currently, we are looking for IT ENGINEER(S) to join our expanding IT team:-

Role:

IT ENGINEER(S)
• To review & study on the customer’s requirements.
• To provide technical supports to the customers on site for the network services related to Wired and Wireless LAN, WAN, & Security.
• To perform network troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose and resolve network problems related to LAN, WAN, Wireless and Firewall.
• To monitor and maintain network infrastructure and responds to messages, alarms, or problems identified.
• To upkeep the network infrastructure and upgrade network hardware whenever it is required.
• To secure the network system from threats and security breaches.
• To update all related technical and change management documentations.
• To execute scheduled maintenance activities in accordance with standard procedures.
• To perform any other appropriate job functions as assigned by the superiors.
• To provide standby supports to the customers after office hours or weekends whenever it is required


Remuneration:

• Up to RM 4k, depends on experience


Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Studies or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in networks support and projects.
• Ability to analyse diagnose and solve network issues be it LAN or WAN.
• Candidate with professional certificate on LAN, WAN and security will be added advantages
• Language Required: English & Bahasa Malayu (Written & Speak).
• Work Independently and ability to meet deadlines
• FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOMED AS TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
