No problem lah having MRT to Cyberjaya. But maybe should connect further to places like Dengkil and Banting.

Think about the London tube connection. It is like a century old now, but its connectivity is like spiderweb. Can go almost anywhere around London and its surrounding.

No harm to do that. But prioritise the densely populated areas like Shah Alam, PJ, Setia Alam and maybe Bukit Jelutong and Puncak Alam. Oh don't forget Semenyih, Beranang all the way to Seremban too!

finish up with the lrt and mrt first before going to Cyberjaya la..
most of the property buyer are investor. If nobody move in cyberjaya after majority project VP, waste of resources building MRT there. at least wait couple of years, maybe 5-10 years.

This is forever the chicken and egg situation. If the MRT were there, the chances of people moving in would definitely increase by a lot.

using your logic, places like Semenyih, Beranang, Dengkil, Kuala Selangor are highly populated. Building an MRT there are not waste of resources. No?

Some of my friends and I have bought few units in Cyberjaya in between 2010 - 2012 and we did not look back after that. It booms as we expected.

Back then the naysayers were telling us, having a public transportation connecting there is 10% percent chance, smile.gif

Cyberjaya and Putrajaya are the intelligent city, how can the government not make it intelligent and not connecting it with public transportation is beyond our understandings. Different people see things differently i would say. At the end of the day, our positive thinkings and perception just bear fruits. some of us have laughed our money to the bank already. smile.gif

Anyway, for people to make money and enjoy fresh air, the next hot spot is Dengkil further south of Cyberjaya. Come at one point, Cyberjaya/Putrajaya will be just like KL we see today. I just hope it won't happen so soon because we want enjoy the free congestion and convenience here now. smile.gif

dengkil can be developed as farm city ... as infrastructure not so sophisticated and advanced...there is lack of govt effort to improve that... it all depends on individual developers
