Mass up about 2 month ago from 75kg to 85kg, is this a good time to cutting down
or mass up.. i feel my belly getting bigger ..

Bulk. Bulk until the point you feel satisfied. If you're bulking and you still can see your abs, I don't call that bulking.

improvement for sure

i suggest cutting though. insulin sensitivity isnt very good at high bf%. IMO maintain it at 15%BF and clean bulk.

Actually i'm facing the same prob bout my belly part. Managed to cut 2 inches from my waist by cardio & heavylifting 3x per week. Now stomach & love handles area seems loose & bit saggy. Any inputs how to fix this guys?
