Bulk. Bulk until the point you feel satisfied. If you're bulking and you still can see your abs, I don't call that bulking.

improvement for sure
i suggest cutting though. insulin sensitivity isnt very good at high bf%. IMO maintain it at 15%BF and clean bulk. |
