I don't think there's such a thing as a cheap heat gun.
You could go with, perhaps those "Blowtorch" lighters where their flame is blue in colour and super hot. |

Dude, get the Bunsen burner (gun-type). Around RM 75
The fuel is much cleaner than candle's & u can also adjust air/fuel ratio Vry handy for bending works & usually used by plumbers too |

Get some alcohol put it a can and use lighter and light it up. It produces blue flame and its hot. Get hold of 90% alcohol if cannot find get whiskey, vodka, beandy or XO anything with 40% alcohol can burn! Or try ronson oil (lighter refill fluid)

not a very cheap fuel to burn. better you give me the drinks i buy you the normal alcohol. anyway i need to know. how do you bend at the correct area? i mean there should be a marked area where you want to bend right? do you hold it near or how should it be done?

Thats a tricky part og getting the right part if you do not use a blow torch. Normally people will just cover the part you do not want to burn with damp cloth or an anti-fire tape. then it will be as close as the place you want to bend.
