I have an issue to access my account.
Previously my pc and mobile phone was stolen so I bought a new rig and install the Diablo III client on the new PC, when login it said the account is locked because access in different location so a verification code is sent to the mobile phone with this account.
Next, I go to the website sea.battle.net to change my mobile number under my account details then it divert me to us.battle.net
So i tried login in the us.battle.net but it said the account is locked for the same reason as above, I mean how am i supposed to retrieve that code since the phone is not with me anymore and it was stolen.
I have tried to look for the similar issue on the support and I couldnt find any and if I try to submit a ticket it requires to login which i could not login too coz it is locked.
So I am on a dead end now, is there any solution from you guys on how to solve my issue here?
