my macbook was always in high temperature even when i use a cooler, twistball, swiching on aircond and fan all at one time.
the temperature only drops 2 or 3 degrees only
if the iLap really works
i might thinking of getting one

anyway i lost one of the screw at the bottom of my macbook
not sure when it happened
can i still claim the warranty ryte?
bcoz i juz bought diz baby 3 months ago
it looks like the technician there want me to buy the srew instead of replacing it
that would cost me rm30

did u tell them that your machine is still under warranty? I believe this is considered manufacture defect because the screw was not tightened properly, thus causing it to drop/fall off at casual usage. Reason with the technician, and tell them you will bring up to consumer court should they insist to charge. Ask for a refund of your macbook or a replacement unit.
You spent money on something, you want it to be in good condition, and since its under warranty you should utilise it legally and they should oblige to their responsibilities.

Juz my 2 cents.

well i try to negotiate with them
but they said that this case caused due to my careless
i have tried to convince them that it is as u said,a manufacture defect
becoz of coz i won't be careless towards my macbook
it cost me a lot of money to buy this baby

so they told me to email a picture of the missing screw so they can forward it to Apple Malaysia
send it last night
hpefully they'll make a wise decision about this

thanks for ur advise dannytzh laugh.gif
