BTW, it's OK I will try again with Apple, ask them for new unit, or at least, replace my HDD.

Did u enable tab browsing in Safari? Do that and u shouldn't have problems opening multiple tabs

Err, tinkerbell, I don't think she was referring to opening mutlple tabs. I think she meant that the websites mention can't load at all

if u r using safari...then try firefox or something else...
safari sometimes has weurd problems...
i cant even load my yahoo mail...

Ok.... do i need any special configuration to connect to WIFI (router) ?

Couldn't connect even to "open" connection (searched with iStumbler), then try to connect to all those "open" connection. But then.. connection fail.

I just click on the wifi icon and select connect to that network. Didn't do any tweaking to the configuration... Am i doing something wrongly?

i am connecting through my macbook's airport.....didnt need istumbler....

nothing wrong also.......i've only had problems on 2 occations..
1. when i updated from 10.4.6 to 10.4.7.......couldn't conenct even when my MB is next to my router....i formatted my mac, update it to 10.4.7, then it's fine...until today i dont know what's wrong....

2. when i updated the wireless-n thing recently(not the USD2 ones, the one that apple released)...same probelm....couldnt connect when i am next to the router....i changed my router's channel to another channel and it's done...dunno what happened also...hehe.....

bear in mind that if the signal is weak, it's kinda impossible to conenct...

i have no problems connecting to my router and also in starbucks....

i dont think they will do 1 to 1 exchange.

they take your macbook and send for warranty.

as for mine, somehow, the socket outlet at my office is not stable then it toasted my power charger together wtih the cord +connector > sent to the shop( where i bought macbook) then they sent for warranty.

General question to all of you, especially those who work with Apple Resellers, do you go back to the store where you purchased your Mac to get service or is it faster/better to go to the Apple Authorized Service Providers eg. VR Technology?

hi ppl noob here. i can't get my MB connected to streamyx at my home. so how?

i tried to googled it up. found da website that simply showed me that it could be done but i still couldn't get it connected. I suspect that only one LED lights up (the power LED) whenever i connect da modem to my MB. So how? any suggestions?

waaaaaa...can somebody help me..i got one dead/stuck pixel in my MB LCD..what can i do to make it disappear? evening don't have..but when got home at nite..that dead/stuck pixel suddently there..
