Columbia Asia Puchong is a private hospital. I'm not sure about the price but they're not going to arrest you or report you to Majlis Agama. However since you're underage, the law states that they have the obligation to disclose information to your parents no matter where you deliver (public or private).
You may want to check out OrphanCare if you plan on putting the baby up for adoption
