MMU MELAKA, ACCOMODATION and registration-URGENT

I only received my acknowledgment card from MMU saying that my application under process,but it seems if i get the application i must send send all the form , medical form within 28th April,how la 2day itself already 25th April and i just received acknowlegment card only.So the question is do i need to wait or just enter other college like APIIT or TAR college

So wat u ppl think should i wait for the offer letter to arrive or just go to APIIT
