Do you know what makes it worse? And what is the name of the cream the doctor prescribed to you?

steroid cream is effective to relieve acute eczema attack. BUT it is not for LONG TERM use. It can lead to the thinning of the skin like what the guy mentioned.

Best way to manage eczema is to find out what cause it. Some irritant/allegen might have triggered the eczema so its best for you to find out what it is and avoid it.

Home remedies such as aloevera, Vitamin E (D-Alpha tocopherols) can enhance the skin's ability to protect itself against potential triggers.
