"So, women are often accused for being horrible drivers compared to men. Well, there is quite possibly some truth in there, but thanks to the wonders of the internet and how we often find the minuscule details we overlook, we’ve found a couple of scientific and statistical research studies that actually prove that women are better drivers than men."

Awesome article, this one!

actually, women are better drivers in the day and men are better at night.

my take on it is that if you see someone do something incredibly stupid on the road that almost kills someone, it's a woman. if you see someone do something reckless on the road, that's a man.

partially agree with Spunkberry smile.gif

Years ago, I got easily mad and annoyed when ppl (men of coz) like to associate women with bad driving skill.
But when I started riding motorbike ( kawasaki superbike) then I had clearer view. Something I never really realised.

Most women should just stay at home or rather use public transport. Some women cannot drive. They do not know how to use signals or too lazy to use them, drive freaking slow at the fast lane and when they confuse which way to take, they simply stop in the middle of road divider/exit.
It happened many times when I saw 'suspicious' or annoying car, I said " must be a woman who drives" and it is true.
Also sometimes when I found or followed cars and I wonder.." why la they drive like this?" and..it turned out to be women who drove.
Not to mentioned using phone, texting/sms while driving.
I saw many brain dead drivers. Everyday.
When I passed them, they drive like nothing happened. like...brain dead. Seriously.

Like Spunberry said, "my take on it is that women if you see someone do something incredibly stupid on the road that almost kills someone, it's a woman".

Don't get me wrong and jangan marah.
I am also a female driver. Trust me, once you ride motorbike then you will see. Riding motorbike makes me a better driver and road user too.

Ladies, we can be better road users. Alert is the main key. and use common sense while on road.

Attitude and concentration are more important than driving skill lah...

Years ago, when I first passed my driving exam, my skill was lousy. But I was not involved in any accident because I was very cautious and always alert. Then, after my skill improved, I started to become lax...

In one occasion, my male colleague, while driving, turned his head to look at the girls in another vehicle biggrin.gif

Hope wont turn into a "male say male is right, female say female is right" discussion

Brieftly look through the content in the URL,
but still doesnt explain the time when women felt more annoying than men and cause certain incident.
And its not compulsory that men definitely more aggressive, if u know how to compare women in general who had losts of reason to felt annoyed and stressed, especially during period, and men.

My point is, couldnt find many supportive facts in the URL that says women are better driver.
More like trying to generalize men to be aggressive to think that women are not

agree.

and i noticed, women tend to break on almost anything! be in on a straight, moving traffic shakehead.gif

i wonder, did the driving school teach them that break is their best friends?

Male on the other hand, they love to tailgate, even on a high traffic road. seriously, how far can you go? at most, just in front of me.. shakehead.gif

good drivers are good, bad drivers are bad, whether we're talking about a male, a female, a homo, or a pig.

also, the article isn't very believable for me. the stats mentioned there are not conclusive. bad writing IMO.
