Sorry if this place is not for cowards like you .... only the bold and the brave with sound investment knowledge of this area will really make money in this location... been enjoying the return of investment my unit in this location the past 9 years and the price is solidly appreciating...

price is the most important factor....if cyberview can sell this a bit cheaper compared to other projects....i think its gonna sell quite good....nowadays an average family man(mostly my colleague working in bank in shah alam) goes up to sungai buloh, rawang, bangi just to bought affordable landed house for family...its becoming a trend now that they work in central KV, but home in outskirt of KV....

afterall cyberview is the landowner of cyber....with this joint venture i hope the high cost of land buying will not be a huge factor to mark up the units price high2
