No lah......the article assumed that you work in kl city center....and need to pick a point....therefore klcc as the main point loh......and where do you buy for residences? If u buy cyber....then the article just articulate the distance.

On weekend....where u go for food etc...up to individual jor.

Thats why despite jam and hectic....puchong pj cheras kepong still popular among some citizens....

Btw.....i dun believe in cyber and most likely wont buy there.......

I have the same feel like you...how do old folks or disabled persons go and catch their flights?

Same w denpasae airport. The walkalator only one way.....

Thats why i always check prices of other airlines and most times u can get cheaper fares from MAS or just marginal more expensive nia.

Of course i add in luggage allowance meals and etc

AA is not that cheap these days

If you have a piece of land for nixed development that u paid xxx price for....what balance of nixed you need to have in order to achieve max profit from land sale?

If all land target for only landed how much profit u can make out of it?

Homestly they overestimate the popularity of cyber....

And most developers want to cash in on bull run.

Its not about what concept landed they should sell ....ultimately buyers are price sensitive...you need to launch something that sit well with buyers pocket.

Why launch seg concept when u can launch dpc concept? More sek hiong no?
