need advice on something.

I bought hdmi switch 1.4 non-remote from here, to be connected for my pc n my hypptv (unifi tv) to my led tv. the switch cannot detect my pc. if i selected input 1 where my pc is connected to, it will blink for a while and jumps to input 2. if lets say i change to input 2 or 3, samething happen. the led will blink and jump to other input. however, no problem at all for my hypptv with this.

before i bought that hdmi switch, i have sarowin switch with remote that i purchased from viewnet at lowyat at rm135. the switch is working fine, but when selecting the hypptv, the display keep flickering until i cannot watch at all since its flickering every second. but for pc, no issue at all. this switch is hdmi 1.3.

all my cables are v1.4, gold plated high quality ones. if tested without any switch, connects directly to tv, works 100% fine. but i need some sort of switch to easily select between pc, hypptv & maybe more upcoming devices i might buy.

Here are details of my setup:

CODE

42" LG LED TV. sadly only 1 hdmi input is available.
all cables are HDMI 1.4 gold plated cable
HyppTV iptv box
PC. (VGA is Asus GeforceGT670 2G, connected via HDMI port at back)

From TV. goes to my AV amp via RCA cables.

need advice on this issue. what seems to be the problem or which switch should i use since i highly suspect its the switch issue.

it seems like your unifytv device problem, ask telekom for fix

a few things to try,
1) when flashing, turn your HDMI switch off then on

2) try connect your unifyTV to first port of the HDMI switch

3) could be HDMI cable problem, rotate your HDMI cables to see if the problem show up in other device
