1. Preferred Brand - Dell?? (For my parents, so....prefer good build quality and after sales service)
2. Budget - RM1000-1700
3. Usage - Web-browsing, minor office use
- CPU-i3 3rd gen or better CPU
- GPU-ok with integrated
- Optic drive required
4. Screen size - 14/15'', prefer matte type; their eyesight is not so good...

Need some advise to get a decent build quality budget laptop. Win8 too confusing for my parents, I'm ok if it come without OS as I can install Win7 for them.
