Unfortunately high performance notebooks don't come in slim and light packages, you might have to compromise abit since your requirements are abit contradictory.
A business-line notebook perhaps?
14"
Lenovo ThinkPad T430U, i5-3317U + Intel HD4000 + 24GB mSATA + 500GB HDD@RM3799, 4GB, W7P, 3 years on-site warranty *there might be newer, W8 variants already

Or a Dell?
13"
[Ultrabook] XPS13, i5-3337U + Intel HD4000 + 128GB SSD@RM3399[1.36kg], 4GB, W8, backlit *use remaining budget to extend warranty to 3 years and also purchase a VGA adapter

If you are looking for a performance machine which is not too heavy and with a decent HD+ screen but with 2 years only:
14"
MSI GE40-2OC, i7-4702MQ + Nvidia GTX760M + (1600x900; anti-glare)@RM3999[1.8kg], 8GB, 750GB(7200rpm), W8

Or perhaps a 11" performance machine if you don't mind the smaller size.
11.6"
Illegear R-11, i5-3210M + Nvidia GT650M@RM2999, 8GB, 500(5400rpm), FreeDOS [CPU options: i5-3210M-i7-3630QM] *use remaining budget to extend warranty and upgrade to SSD

Ultrabooks usually don't come with VGA ports laugh.gif
I think it might be better to just buy an adapter?  hmm.gif
