2. Budget - max Rm 3500
3. Usage - business, Web Browsing, photos shop, gaming, hd movies,
4. Preferred laptop/screen size - 11 -  13"

ASUS is great in built quality but after sales service is iffy. normally i would pray hard for it before buying ASUS. also, with that screen size, i would like to know game titles you are playing, cuz around that size, they are more on battery life and portability. btw, your options :

ASUS
[Ultrabook] UX32VD-R3001H, i5-3317U + Nvidia GT620M + 24GB mSATA SSD + 500GB HDD@RM3099[1.45kg], 4GB, W8

Sony
Vaio SVS13135CV, i5-3230M + Nvidia GT640M LE@RM3199[1.72kg], 4GB, 1TB, W8; colors: white/black; Vaio carrying case

i could recommend some 14" along for your consideration.

ASUS
[Ultrabook]K46CB-WX060H, i5-3337U + Nvidia GT740M@RM2199[2kg], 2GB, 750GB, W8, 4-cell, OD

Dell
Vostro 5460, i5-3230M +Nvidia GT630M@RM1899[1.54kg], 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm), Ubuntu 12.04, 3 cell; W8SL@RM2099

HP
[Ultrabook] Envy4-1204TX, i5-3337U + AMD HD8750M + 32GB mSATA +500GB(5400rpm)@RM2399[Beats][1.75kg], 2GB, W8

Lenovo
Z400, i5-3230M + Nvidia GT740M@RM2099, 4GB, 1TB, W8; 2 years warranty; colors: chocolate [2kg only]

how come lenovo z400 is cheaper than asus k46c and way higher spec... something fishy about lenovo? how well is the quality? hmm.gif
*
lenovo is building to fit market needs. now, most peoples are demanding lower pricing but better specs. thats why lenovo decided to do that.
for quality, no matter how good is it, all brandings were the same. electronic items not 100% guaranteed working perfectly after purchase. the most importance is the after sales service. lenovo is rated good after all, but ASUS is the most suck in customer service. however, after sales service varies in different countries.

MBA 11 is the best option to fit your needs. however, you may look at these if you omit weighting options :

Dell Vostro 5460, i3-3120M + HD 4000@RM1,549[1.54kg], 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm), Ubuntu 12.04, 3 cell; W8SL@RM1,749
Acer [Ultrabook] Aspire S3-951-2464G25, i5-2467M + Intel HD3000 + 256GB SSD@RM2699[1.35kg]
Sony [Ultrabook] Vaio SVT11113FGS, i5-3317U + Intel HD4000 + 32GB SSD + 500GB(5400rpm)@RM2899[1.42kg], 4GB, W7HP
