I study in NIIT ipoh and since i graduated on Dec until now, i can't get my diploma cert..tough i asked and complained to the management even to the HQ in Malaysia also the boss din do anything.The HQ in India said that my college havent pay full to them so they cant give us the cert...we already know the head manager and te boss in HQ is eating he money but we can't do anything since they hold our cert...

can anyone suggest me any move or action i can do so that i can get my cert back? we already tried to send them lawyer letter but nothing :/ happen...they seem din scare at all....now i need the cert to continue my degree.:/ sigh

Contact the Higher Education Ministry.

I suggest that you and your friends go down to putrajaya one of these days.

but then if go to MOE and complain about them then they get closed we still ant get any cert?:/

The least you can do is to bring it up to the authorities instead of thinking of what would happen if you do this or that.

I think you can go to consumer tribunal Court to sue them!! If they didn't issue any certifate to you though u have completed all your credit hours, ask for a refund!! (normally in this case, they will issue a certificate instead of refund)

Forget to add on, bring some reporter to the court, make this issue big!!

However, if the college disregard the court decision, then there is another issue. Our Court very bad on implementation one.....

Me also had same problem last time...in local u...but it was my false... i take the 'jubah' n ask my fren to return it but he never do that....

after more than 1 year... i call there and said i never received my cert... in 2 days they send to me via DHL.... very lucky....
