My family has a 17 year old wira and it's still running

Now that I have a job, I bought a second hand blm. No problems with it after 4 years.

Easy to find spare parts, even easier to find workshop that knows how to fix your car.

Great car/brand for every walk of life or age.
Decent fuel economy too.

No complaints here.

blm, i personally think, spacious, fuel saving, responsive when it comes to acceleration and overtaking, handling is quite firm, and most importantly because Malaysia climate is very  , Proton A/C pawn ALL!!

i drive my mom's flx before.
fc quite save one. because I like to vroom2 when i'm in a hurry.
performance wise? acceleration responsiveness is much better among his class I personally think.
easily reach 140 when overtake. no shake, but the loud roaring sound from the engine  .

very fragile... i always see accidents involving proton, sure hancur one, while the other car usually looks fine.  i accidentally kiss a proton's butt once, wth i think it was merely a "touch" her bumper came off and bengkok. My car not even a visible scratch.

I agree with your statement .as i have encounter this incident before whereby a myVI accidently accelerates on a slow moving traffic and hit my rear triton bumper (changed to metal bull bar)pretty hard,and when i get off and look at the poor myVI the whole bonnet went it quarter and i only got his paint stick on the bumper.the myVI looks brand new as its still wrap in plastic inside lol

So what i can say is , forget about malazyian cars.make an effort to work harder and get a better brand.

Had bumper-to-bumper accident with a Myvi, my BLM saga's bumper got bent, as well as boot latch bengkok so boot kenot close, other than that ok. Just tukar bumper and ketuk ketuk can liao.

8:15am, took my car key and i left it there, took komuter to work, walk distance 1km to nearest ktm
Received call around 12noon, boss ini absorber rosak parts xde.. asked me to collect car and wait 1week

4/4/13 proton bukit maluri
Arrived 8:30, put my service book there. Appointment is arranged for 9:30am...
9:35am, come come lets see ur car, collect my key...
11:15am, a technician took my car go inside workshop

Now waiting, will update

Update 1:
Finished work edi.. Installed new bump stopper and absorber.. Done at 12:30pm.. Until now dunnow where he went lorrr

Update 2:
Saw my car oredi inside the workshop at 1:15... But the guy off to lunch

Update 3:
Done at 2:45pm... Sound is still there..this time maybe tulang anjing.. Yeah rite

However they can smoke,tapau or whatever ,a potong is still a potong.if I were a dugong driver and this potong want to overtake or incite for a race i would just give way because no class to race with paria ppl.I just let them feel good for their cheap car and hope they don't crash.this is one of the main reason u see a potong gets accident everyday.most of them who drives a potong can't afford higher end cars so they create nuisance to get attention just like mat rempits.true story
