Graphic Card doesn't have HDMI Out ? TV Only support HDMI ? Monitor not support HDMI ? No problem! Use this cable or adapter so now you can connect your PC to TV with HDMI (Digital Signal ! instead of VGA analog) or use your monitor to display all HDMI output device like

Don't think it will work on your laptop, unless your laptop can support video input.

It will work with your PS3 (HDMI) on your monitor (DVI) though.
