The hackers in BF3 is more then my shit every morning. I don't think you will enjoy BF4 if Dice failed to address this issue. Pay money to get shoot at by hacker.

I spent 2 days figuring out whats the problem with the Battlefield 3. I'm using alienware, and the spec should not be and issue.

Turned out that NVIDIA latest update causing the problem in launching BF3. Downgraded one version and now its running fine!

But I have another problem.

Why I got kicked from punkbuster after 30 seconds of playing?
It says that I am losing packet 9003.

I am not hacking, and have stable internet connection (unifi vip5).
It's really frustrating cause I really wanna play the game.

Someone help me please!!!

the last time i played online gaming was 7-10 years back..that was Counter strike.. Dat one oso i played at CC

lol...ping mean delay between you and the game server...

example,if you have 300 ping, mean 300 Millisecond,mean if you here shoot 1 bullet,it takes 300 millisecond to tell the server you had just shoot 1 bullet...
higher ping can cause other people lags too...so that's why you got kicked xDD

every game have hackers. unless u can find their house and whack them in the head and say NO HACKING! they might just stop

means ur punkbuster services is either corrupted or not updated....nothing to do with BF3
reinstall/repair ur punkbuster client

*make sure pnkbster_A service is running in the background.

means that u are either too far form the server (u in mys but server in US/EU), or someone is leeching ur net (torrent maybe)

don't blame the game

as for the hacking, i have yet encounter hackers in the past 5~6 months
just because u get killed many many times doesn't mean that they hack, its just that u are not really good in this game

pro-tip:
don't run around aimlessly in the middle of the map, circle around if u have to.
spot - use that Q button, always
always, ALWAYS keep an eye on that minimap
use in-ear earphones or a good headphones

to be honest...have played for sometime,just encounter a hacker before,and he get kick after...so no problem for me tho...

for the DLCs thing i kinda agree with that,very less server...but i play with europe server if i want to....

Did you really meet a hacker or was a player too good you thought he was the hacker? Now that's the true question.

normal players judge a game according to the value of the game they're receiving, if there's something misjudged by themselves or the game turned out isn't that worth it, then whine they will. fans will however buy the game following the series as they are already fans, missing out on a milestone of a game cycle would be wrong so they'll be investing no matter how. as a developer-soon-to-be, for me i just think it's important no matter how, to support the hard sweat coding invested into the making of any games, despite the money-sucking EA that already made them so famous. and i'm a fan too. TS has all the right in the world to speak up, but it won't change the majority players here.

I played so far and still never met any hacker so far..It's best play game match where admin is around, or play local server like SG..
In terms of technical issue, believe me, I've went through a lot to get all those crash and error fixed, main point is, It's solve-able

hacker is not a reason not to get any battlefield series, ping is and asia server ping lower than 100 is , singpork with 200ping bf4 is useless. no room for specific game type is also another useless thing.
