They are warning newbies as to not fall for the property trap. Some irresponsible agents may paint some unrealistic picture to properties that are in the slump.

Property is one of the biggest purchase in a person's life, every lelong property in the market = someone got burned because they were misinformed of the value of the property

Sg. Buloh area is still not developed enough to command such premium price, buyers may need to hold 15 years or more to see real gains in their investment.

factories surrounding the area will affect the value of the property's resale value in the future

For this price surrounded by factories, illegals and migrants, lorries up n down main road....better stay away....only bangla or viet will rent from u, move in 10 person per unit...lol....

investment wise... its true that they should not fall into this property... as there are alot better options along the mrt line/lrt line to choose from... for own stay... its not too bad either... decent size with decent density... but i somehow found alot buyers bought it at the tail-end of bull-run... means alot of investors in this project... which is one of the con to consider for own stay though... ultimately own stay is up to preferences... for investment... this is a no-no... for appreciation or rental play....

Can hold then hold (rental / Own stay), cannot hold then just let go.

dun worry.... i believe sure gt ppl rent here... i buy one unit here for 600k.... i rent out for 1500 per mth... sure gt ppl will rent... but is that rental income a sound investment to you.... thats another matter already...

own stay would be a better option to hold on for appreciation... i din say this project is not good for own stay... just that too many investors bought this... in the end u only gt few kicik miao neighbours staying aje when u move in....
