yea agreed... the way all the other forummers attacked kinda harsh and over the top... not like we will actually know what would happen to this area in the future... for own stay... public transportation accessibility is not bad... not that i support this area or this project... but then patience is a virtue for this project... not to say its a confirm doom project.... considering the size and the density compared to their other city areas super rumah pangsa style density projects.... it just take time for the surrounding area here to grow....
Actually the other forummers are not attacking MS or this propertyThey are warning newbies as to not fall for the property trap. Some irresponsible agents may paint some unrealistic picture to properties that are in the slump.
