Oops... I made a mistake before...

Element	Monster	Weakness
Earth	Behemoth	Earth, Wind, Darkness
Darkness	Bahamut	Wind, Poison, Darkness
Water	H-nix, Leviathan, Cagnazzo, Shinryu	Water, Lightning, Poison
Mecha	Gargantua, chariot, Marcho, Omega, Stymph bird, Jugg	Mecha, Lightning, Water
Fire	Ifrit, LotI, Phoenix	Fire, Water, Light
Poison	Azi	Earth, Poison,Death

Darkness +4 is good against Earth, Light and Darkness, meaning Behemoth and Bahamut mostly
Main groups of Mecha, Water and Fire can be handled by having Water+4 easily

*Water element covers lightning ones as well as giving you crit against Fire ones like Phoenix and LotI
*Water is also the natural skill for the water group... no need to replace with lightning/dark, please.

Then you're left with Azi... which I havent seen in coli so far

I doubt many players want to use the limited slots for glass cannons like Archfiend Azi or Alm JOAD
