I went check up and done everything. Now just checking the price and decide which branch i want to do.jb or TTDI. I am from jb.

anyone knows the price of full eye examination at optimax?

I have been a contact lens wearer for 7-8 years. Do I need to stick back with my glasses for 3-6 month before conduction lasik surgery?

i check in forum (not lyn forum) a lot of people prefer customized lasik compared to relex smile. cause they say although no flap, still not perfect yet got a lot of left over power. is it true?

is this "referral letter service" you're offering widely known by optimax? are they cool and welcome it very much?
surely they would have realized it by now. why are they okay with this kind methods. does not sound very professional.

i mean some guy on internet forum offering to give "referral letter" without really meeting any doctor.
i mean everyone wants to make money but why would they resort to this kind of methods?
won't it lower their standards?

i am sure they would prefer to place an ad with the forum and request a discount code to be mentioned to get discounts.

almost one year since i done my relex smile, still blur/foggy looking at computer, and nothing to compare to the original eye sight. i would not recommend people to do relex smile instead, go for lasik is better as my 2 sisters done lasik and seems no complaint. went back to check up and the people will just telling you you recovered well and cannot find out the causes. guess this is it, just live with it with this vision. nothing can be turn back.

I'm planning to do an Eye Exam in Optimax... but I have high myopia (> 1000 degrees) and astig (~125) for both eyes. Currently wearing contact lens...

I understand that I have to lay off my contact lens before the Eye Exam, but how long do I need to lay off? Some told me 2 weeks, some 3 weeks, then I call Optimax, and a lady said 10 days? Confused...

Received referral enter from bro Jialat. Did the full eye exam at TTDI optimax. They seem to be very busy thought I confirmed my appointment, they still made me wait almost 1hr plus. Paid rm175 for that.
Their Fenton custom Lasik is priced at rm7600 for both eye. Is that the std pricing?

Hi,  I have short sighted -6.00 and astig -3.50.
My optometrist told  me that lasik will not help much for the astig. Is it true? Does most people have the astig again after their surgery?

If the lasik can't fix the astig, I think it s not worth going through the procedure... It does sound scary..
