yeah.....anything that announce at this juncture, people will linked it to the General Election. Why only now, not 1 year ago or so?
Mah Sing has been talked about it when it launched GR back in 2009.

At this stage, nothing could be 100% sure yet.

Nowadays, there are increasing numbers of chinese sending their kids to private or international school.
