I feel very lucky because my place Bandar Sri Sendayan's developer really keep his word allocate land and sponsor all expenses (RM10m) to build a well-equipped chinese school in one year time unlike MCT only good in making publicity but didn't contribute when money is needed.

I would say this is a generous & cash rich developer, the only property counter in Bursa Malaysia that distribute dividend every quarter.

I think the trend is now to send kids to private schools rather than Chinese ones.

this one is very very true. everyone wants their kids to go private or international school nowadays and its like a way to show off, almost between parents. doh.gif not all but quite alot think that go good school automatically make good children. but if parents never care when kids are at home... sad.gif

the big boss of Matrix is Seremban people. His family mostly in Seremban areas.

u want to spoiled the family name by cheap publicity. and not building the school by giving lack of fund excuses. I don't think so cool2.gif

that's why I like when the big boss & the project his company do are in the hometown. Got added advantage rclxm9.gif

CBJ fansi don't think properly.

Chinese schools is one of the factor for parents to move into any housing place.

No SJKC, means no stay blush.gif

MCT also another one. always giving excuses "lack of fund" doh.gif rm5 mil also hard to get donation meh doh.gif

Actually if you observe the current site condition, it is not so conducive for the SRJK© to be completed and receive students either this or next year. It is so dusty and noisy and I think parents will think twice to send their kids there.

It will be more appropriate when the Pr1ma housing are half way construction.

At the very least those good schools help kids develop strong communication and project management skills, which can bring them very far in life if the attitude is right...

maybe but if the attitude is right kids can survive in all conditions and learn from all situations. tbh in working environment i see no relationship between quality of schooling (national private chinese or international) and quality of their work and attitude.

Seriously - Cyberjaya isn't a place I wanna stay even though it looks quite developed though. The place is more to a workplace than a living city. Not even if a Chinese school is build there.
