I'm not taking side, just pure independent 3rd-party comment on this side topic, propwall is good for general information; if you've ever noticed, many of their reviews are actually not prof, a lot a lot of detail information errors, bias comments, outdated analysis, and clear mistakes due to writer and who put down the analysis are actually not familiar/next to don't know at all with particular location/property.

P/S: Indeed, I'm one of their writers, but I only touch on where I know pretty clearly
