If you early bird at Lobartzai and at lower psf, you can WIN WIN.

But maybe some people just WIN regardless. In KL City market, your chance of getting a MAT SALLEH expat is still high.

I believe many celebrities will have their PALM signed off here including Datuk LCW who is good friend with Datuk Jimmy.

For me, it really depends on the delivery of the final product.

Hows the STAR Boulevard retail complex going? Will it be an attraction on its own? Will KLCC stayers move here because of great dining, great entertainment, etc?

If we solely talk about the market situation, then it's obviously slowed down in recent months. But we won't know 5 years down the road. All we know is there will be alot of COMPETITION, there is an increasing supply of Branded Residences coming into market.
