RM1800-RM2000 will be reasonable price.

Pricing is still being considered right now, with no clear indication yet. There is, however, an intention not to seek benchmark prices so this should translate into "reasonable" prices, given its prime location.

Asgaard where you get the size.. I call their exclusive agent today saying the size is from 600-750 sf and somemore say 95% this size.. Anyone can confirm.. TQ

Of course location wise this is better. But that's why the price is also much higher.

Info is scanty at the moment. It will be tough to compare with others at the moment. Density, location, price, concept, land tenure, layout, maintenance, GBI, facade, USP, etc. will come into the review next time.

RM 2k psf??? means unit starting from over 1 million?? haha..good luck for such a high dense project :-)
