did my 40k service at proton service agent at taman jenaris. not that great but at least the queue is not long..maybe coz its a small service centre compared to others. registered at 11am completed by 1.00pm.

mine is 2.0cvt. total damage is about RM500 including change of brake fluid and new air filter. btw, I was using the free service voucher/gift.

finally kena the "Slow Down" warning on my inspira last week.

i'm calculating to upgrade my spring to R3 or proride due to not-so-sexpensive price can i re-use my normal absorber? or needs to change to sport absorber oso?

p/s: google'd the answer, not advisable... but last year saw a guy install sport spring with normal absorber for his inpira..
