1K personal insurance ler, he probably insured himself 1Mil...

Insurance for savings de la... probably getting 6~8% return per annum... so its almost keeping with inflation lor... your money wont grow but it wont become worthless either.

4k home loan is good mah... savings... buy properties never go wrong de... once u have accumulated 2.15M worth of property in prime location, then u can graduate to driving a K5 alrdy.... its every man's dream... dont cha know?
