Anyone got this yet? Planning to get one, how is the content inside the magazine, will it be filled with advertisements?
I prefer more "wall of text" style.

Hi, if you didn't read the magazine at all, please don't put your conclusion without reference, it misleads readers.
For clarification, this headphone book "IS NOT FROM JABEN"

The book is from a Japan company, and currently kinokuniya is selling Japanese edition for RM100+, you can go ahead and check. I just bought one myself, it has lots of equipments that are not related to Jaben

Jaben merely purchases the right to sell the English edition in this region.

Bro, why are you so care about Jaben "carried" brand, will that makes any differences? If FitEar is featured inside the magazine, means Jaben is promoting "their own" product? i thought even Moon audio or Alo audio are selling Fitear as well?

Please get the idea, we love to read the contents about "headphone", not who is selling them, if Jaben is promoting Fitear, what's wrong with that? We love Fitear and they are an amazing company, not a cheapon China OEM brand. Be frank, there are tons of products that Jaben is not carrying featured inside the magazine, buy one and read yourself, personally I won't put all scanned pictures in this thread.

No offense bro, i don't wish a thread with topic A switched to topic B without any concrete answer, if you have any questions regarding Jaben and this magazine, please open a new thread, or email them directly, but please, buy the magazine first.

not too sure on the digital format, as it might screw the market as everyone can upload and download for free.

So far from my knowledge, this is the only one headphone magazine that makes this far and bother to translate into english edition.

Off topic : Bro, if you hold your grudge on Jaben for "God know what reason", please move out of this thread, this is about discussion of the magazine, not your personal whinny post.

It is not local printing, i was skeptical about RM109 in the first place, however when i visit Jaben store and have a brief read on the magazine, straight purchase one without thinking.

It is not an advertisement driven magazine that you read most of IT magazine in Malaysia.

Some spoiler, the advertisement pages inside the book are about 5%, or less than that.

It is the year of 2011 to 2012, that time we still don't have Fitear tested by the reviewers.
Stay tune for 2013, can't wait for the english version.

In fact, it is a darn good magazine, i never read a magazine with such resourceful and information regarding headphone in this market.
Will get another one when the 2013 english edition arrive

Well, if you look at amazon, it is about the same price when you ship from Japan, plus it is a translated version, it should add on extra cost on that, but they didnt do that.

The magazine includes insider news, and R&D thought, not just some new product launch and press wannabes in lots of magazines, you can understand why giants like Sony and Shure new concept about their product and technology behind.

Remember to read them while you can, waiting for the 2013 version =)
