The one you saw is the agent, or we call it 3rd party. They send your shipment to a DHL service point and it will transport from there. For 3rd parties, best to do your own wrapping as they are not very well versed with the procedures. Alternatively, for cost checking, call their CS for a rough estimation for transit time and price for cash drop off smile.gif
