QUOTE(kaiserreich @ Apr 15 2013, 11:48 AM) Wow, white switch, but expensive. It says this "Price Each (In a Pack of 5)"7Bit sells for RM2 each. 4EUR shipping. Rs component need to order don't know how many thousand switches. Not sure if RM5.90 is for a pack or a switch.. Where do you get your switches? Or do you have spares? I want a couple of greens, blacks and browns. Wanna ship together? Edit : I found this too http://store.qwerkeys.co.uk/collections/cherry-switches Not sure how much is the shipping cost. But I still think it's cheaper to cannibalise another kb This post has been edited by Ireferno: Apr 15 2013, 12:54 PM |

QUOTE(khenghaw @ Apr 15 2013, 02:12 PM) Hi All, Check out CM Storm Trigger. Can't comment on the Osmium, never really heard about it before.just a questions for all the Sifus, i'm new to mechanical keyboards, just wanted to know your views on the Gigabyte Osmium? I keep seeing, ducky, vortex and many other mec keyboards where it is just a simple layout, and the only 3 i see with macro keys is corsair, logitech and gigabyte, wanna go for something special so i choose this keyboard, any thoughts? Thank you. |

QUOTE(khenghaw @ Apr 15 2013, 02:51 PM) Earlier i went to the PC fair to get a glimpse of mec keyboards, but i only see ducky, so hard to decide. Link me, I wanna watch it too. Was originally planning to get it..For CM storm trigger, i saw on youtube that the larger keys will "stick" so kinda discourage to try that brand. Stick around for abit, most of the forumers here have something to sell (LOL) You'll see us discussing about our kbs too and just take note lol |

A good mech keyboard costs around 400 bucks. 500 tops.
What you're describing is of another league Topre keyboards, that has a pricetag of around RM1000. |

QUOTE(Human10 @ Apr 15 2013, 10:46 PM) Thats a rare asian dad there. My dad's not quite typical lol. But he does have experience in this field of electronics, which is why I dare buy a board to play withBTW, last time, Cherry MX2.0 seems to be the best local deal for being switch harvesting mule. Now don't know. |

Keycaps is fine actually, but I think alot of the keyboards suffer from this problem.
The enter, backspace is fugly! Most other keyboards have ugly shift buttons too.. |
