hey. just wanna ask, how long does it take from aimst to go back to klang or kl? anyone knows?

and what are the mode of transportations.

LOL,too far la,u can get a bas to SP 1 then find ur bus to KL or P.pinang,then it will reach pudu at KL

about 5 hours of bus ride.

I went to aimst for a visit last week. Went around the uni and visited sport complex. I cant believe my eyes when I saw RM3.00 per entry to the swimming pool. How ridiculous...

I'm not bashing the uni but rather complaining about how the uni charge so much minor fees... aka sports and etc... compared to other uni.

Academic wise, I don't have any complain based on impression...

Lol,juz pay for half year membership lo......
RM10 onli,afterward i juz need to ask for the locker n sign my name.

i'm from other uni.... my bro is going to do his foundation there...

hahaha... i tot have 2 pay each time to swim

i thought u still have to pay RM3 even with the membership?

the only 'advantage' about applying membership is you can swim anytime even when the lifeguard is not there. it's still RM3 per entry.

members get to swim free on sundays too.

5 hours of bus ride to kl? can tell me roughly how?

But i allowed to use the pool after i told the management i have the membership,dunno la he oso blurred or not

like from hentian pudu to sp bus station...express bus...

erm.. from SP bus station to hentian duta in KL

around 4 and a half hours to 5 hours.. depends how fast the bus travel

transnational will stop at simpang pulai rest area
konsotrium stops at taiping

ask your parents to pick u up from duta la...

NKVE from klang.. then go towards duta... come out duta toll go straight then make a u-turn at the roundabout ( i can't remember whats the name of the roundabout d... but i know one turning leads to jalan ipoh)

there is also the train.. around 12 hours journey i think.... sp train station...

another is sit airplane from penang to kl lor...

train around 8 hours la, not 12 hours.

ooo cause last time my friend took the 8 pm train.. reach kl bout 7 plus

Anyone apply MBBS for the August intake? Is it really hard to be accepted to Aimst for stpm leaver? Need interview?

lots of time spend in Butterworth train station. changing the head. haiz...

1.i think there is only 1 or 2 person(with offer letter) from this forum is entering AIMST for MBBS programme in this coming August intake.
2.last time, yes! but, after batch 14, i dont see any difficulties for the stpm leavers to get enrolled into the programme. however, ex-aimst's foundation students got their priority.
3.nope, no interview.
[the coming MBBS batch 15 is a huge group!]

So some ppl already received their offer letters???
